I need to diet but need to lose weight fast ready for my holiday, can you help me please? -

Realistically if you want to stay healthy you can limit your calories and lose 2-3 pounds a week. Does that fit with your holiday schedule? If it does then stick to smaller portions of nourishing food and exercise as possible. Don t cheat as a celebration if you think it is working well.
