Yup you can definitely do so but you ll be losing more muscle mass than fat. It is recommended that you lose around 1 pound per week to get rid of the fat. First of all, are you trying to lose the weight because you are trying to fulfill some sort of requirement or something? These days, if you are trying to lose fat, you would need to say lose fat, not weight. Using wrestlers for example, some of them weigh very heavy but still the have well defined muscle, so can you say that they are fat? No way, they are heavy because of their muscle not fat. So be clear about that ok? To sum up, if you are just trying to lose the weight, then i believe you can lose it in a week but if you trying to lose fat, i recommend you not. Hope that helps!
