As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do I know a lot about fitness. Here are some great exercise to tone all of your body and to give you that perfect body. Do each exercise continuously with a 10 second break in between.stomach 50 times each-1.regular crunch2.side crunch (left)3.side crunch (right)4.full crunch- get in a regular crunch position and elevate your feet off the ground. Moving your feet and shoulders with your hands that are across your shoulders try to touch them together. Make a V shape each time.5.regular cruncharms 30 times each-1.push-ups2.plank3.push-ups(again)4.curling w/ weights5.push-ups (again)Buns and thighs 30 time each-1.squats w/ weights2.superman3.wall sit (1 minute)4.six inches- lay down flat on the ground face up and put your hands under your booty for support then bring your legs up off the ground about 6 six inches. Make sure your feet are together (2 minutes)5.lounges with weights6.squats w/ weights7.Knees up-bring your knees up and down continuously (3 minutes)Do these exercises and you ll have the perfect body in no time!

It sounds very unhealthy... but I d recommend health diet, at least an hour and a half of moderate exercise (Cardio is awesome) 3-5 times a week, and low stress levels. Starving yourself will not help any, if anything it will help u gain weight. EAT BREAKFAST every morning! It would help if it were nutritious and fairly large. Use the Internet to adjust calorie intake with your exercise plan and spread those calories through out the day. Losing weight is a commitment!
can t, the healthiest way is 1kg a week.more than that and your body will be very unfit.buy a skipping rope and aerobic cds to follow (:
