How can u lose weight without excersing or cutting back too much food u eat? -

Hey, well i really badly need to loose weight in like 3 weeks for a dance and im not that fat but i am pretty chubby and i need to fit into a dress. I am extremely lazy and i like to eat...but not wayy tooo much! how can i loose weight fast withought exercsing and cutting back too much food (because i dont want to starve myself) I DONT and i repeat i DO NOT! lose weight fast...i used to exercise a lot!! but i only lost like 1 pound in 2 months...so really do not loose weight fast...so i would really appreciate it if n e one can help me!!!

I recently had a baby gained 28kgs, i have always been on the smaller side before this, so when i had a 4 month check up at doctors still had 16 kgs to go, so he perscribed me duromine . I have lost 9 kilos in 3 weeks, i have had no side effects am planning on taking my last 2 months worth in order to loose the rest of the weight.
