people kill me when it comes to diets and exerciseive struggled with weight loss my whole lifepeople always want to try these new diets and stuffif you want to loose weight, you willtheres no science to iteat healthier and not a whole lot either, eventually your stomach will shrink and you cant eat very much at a timeexercise as much as you can, even if its doing a little extra cleaning around the house, you can trick yourself into exercise without feeling like you are exercising, you cant make excuses as to why you cant i dont have time make time at least 3 times a weekas you progress youll start to feel so good and youll get used to not eating alot and not eating the good stuffi eat very little and healthy monday through friday, saturday and sunday i eat whatever i please, but since my stomach is so small i cant eat a big bunch of it but dam* if it aint good!!i really hope this helps you, ive been doing it since new years and lost almost 20 pounds!!!! you can do this, but you have to really really want to, youll know when its time to get in gearGOOD LUCK, i hope i was helpful
Hopefully if a doctor puts you on a weight loss program it is a modification of your eating and exercise habits, and maybe some meds if you have an exceptional appetite. These are life-long changes, not just something you temporarily do to lose weight. If after you get to your goal weight, you go back to your old habits, then yes, you will gain the weight back. If you implement your new healthy habits for life, then, no you won t.
