Is this good weight loss program for a 16 year old!? -

mourning while brushing teeth do 20 lunges for each leg.Go on half hour walk.Come home and do 20 reps of bicycle workout while laying on your back.And then i would do the fire hydrant work outs like this and prolly like 12 reps on each leghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0G7A14-q��and then drink lots of water. and at evening i take another half hour to hour walk

Yes definitely. That sounds great keep it up. back that with good food choices and you ll be in great shape. One warning though--you may not care or you may but doing too much bicycle excersize can reduce sensitivity in the private area in women. No known effect in males they stay horny no matter what lol.

hey im 16 as well and in 8th grade i gained a lot of weight and i mean a lot of weight my moms a health freak and she had a 19 waist when she was my age so i decide u know what ill show her and in 2 weeks i lost 18lbs i did this by going on an all raw food diet i started juicing in the morning apples and carrots and ate alot of greens and i also did the saltwater flush -ur going in the right direction but remember it doesn t always matter on how much exercise you do but what goes in to ur body as wellhope this helps im sure it will :)
