Omg.. i need a weight loss program but im only 12!? -

I really need to lose weight.. i m 4 11 and 81 poundsI think i m really fat, i need to atleast get down to 70 pounds but i cant lose weight becuz i cant excersice for long.I have Dextrocardia which is a heart condition and my excersice tiem is limited since my heart is not strong to handle too much excerciseIf anyoen know how to lose 10 pounds in a month without too much excersise please help me =]Give me all the details cuz i need help Thanks.

Sweetheart, you are already unwell, please don t make yourself any more unwell by becoming anorexic. You are far far from fat - ignore all this rubbish that you see and hear about normal weight being fat.If you lose anymore weight, you put yourself at risk of more diseases and illnesses. You will become weak, your heart will suffer more because you put more strain of it, you will feel cold all the time, tired, your periods will be affected, your hair will become like straw, you will put yourself in hospital.You are a growing girl and a growing girls need to eat lots of food to function properly and grow.Is it the media that makes you believe that you are meant to be thin?Because thin is not beautiful dear.Boys don t find thin attractive either, you will just look ill.I am 5 2 and have been struggling to put on weight for all my teenage life. I have lots of health problems from being underweight and would love to be a size 10 or 12.

my best friend is your height 115 lbs and NOT AT ALL over weight! you sound to be about right now of course everybody s frame is different but you sound just right, you could(i don t know your eating habits) but maybe eat healthier anyway just to be healthy not skinny but a healthy size! just cut down sugars and white flour and genetically modified corn etc and stay away from processed foods and eat natural fats! hope I could help!

Go to your doctor and ask him or her what they would suggest. It sounds like you do not need to lose weight, but may gain confidence by increasing your strength, flexibility, and endurance. I know that Tai Chii is recommended for older people with heart problems because it is low stress.

If anything you are underweight and do not need to lose any weight. At your height you should be about 95 pounds. Please don t try to lose weight. You don t need to and it would not be healthy.
