3 mph is a very slow pace. if you going to walk that slow, you should at least increase incline to 10 percent or higher. I never run cause its bad for the bones. I lose fat by starting off with 3 mph at 10 percent incline then raise it to like 5 mph with 13 incline for 1 minute then go back to 3 mph at 10 incline for 2 minutes and repeat. You may also want to do some body weight excerises like pull ups and pushups for as many as you can do for every 15 minutes of the above rountine. this will burn alot of calories. I m 180 lbs and burn like 1500 calories per hour on this rountine but afterwards I am also burning calories because this is high intensity.But you lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks, dam!!!!! are you sure its not just water weight cause thats a lot. Along with the fat loss program you should do some muscle building excerises. each pound of muscle burns 18 calories a day at least.
Exercise is just as pivotal as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the sole diet which clearly delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today.
