How can i lose weight quickly? -

i am roughly 75kg and wanna lose 15-20kg as quickly as possible i have two three weeks to lose as much as i can as i have my birthday and wanna look my best .....any tips would halp but also remeber i have so much stuff to do so would be kinda hard to lose weight on top of that...(coursework,deadlines,etc.)

Be sure to drink at least 2litres of water a day to avoid dehydration!I ve done this and lost 4lbs a week and with the aerobics burnt off alot of fat. exercise and stop eating fattening foods. Try jogging 5 miles in a week times for a month and you will definitely start noticing a change. try to get 30 push ups a day and 50 crunches... Also make sure to eat healthy and drink lots of water. don t over exercise to lose the weight quicker because it will cause heart problems... and make sure to wait at least 30 minutes after you eat you don t want to over pump your heart because your heart is also in the process of helping your stomach digest your food. if you follow by these steps by the time your birthday comes youll look great....

Liposuction is the only fast way. You didn t gain all that weight in a month, it s not going to come off in a month. Permanent weight loss requires a lifestyle change with proper diet and exercise.If you work really hard seeing 1 or 2 kg a week come off is a fair expectation, but you re not going to get any miracles.

u dont mention your height...u could be 6ft 5, and weigh 75kg and look good.u may be refering to body definition, if thats the case, you need to lose the fat, by reducing the amount you eat.best way to tone up is cardio exercises. and using free weights (under supervision, if u never lifted before)

I lost 40 lbs in 3 months and the things i did were rather simple,No soda, fast food or junk foodat least 64 oz of water a dayrode my bike around 10 miles a day 5-6 days a weekwalked around a mile a day 5 days a week (on my lunch break)that was about it

Swimming and jogging and sauna bathing.
