The unsafe way is to barely eat and just drink lots of water and if you can, put some exercise in there. You could also go out and buy a bottle of the Hollywood Diet but those are only temporary results because you ll gain the weight back anyways...Good luck though! :]
There is no quick way as such. A healthy diet and exercise is the only way to do it safely.
