stop eating.
^^ lol,exercise and vegetables/fruits stick to a schedule :)
eat healthy foods and do some good workout. thats what i know
Now, eat vegetables (cooked and raw) and fruits, absolutely no sugar or anything that contains it, absolutely no junk food. Reduce your starches. Reduce rice, wheat and potato consumption. Really do try to stick to veggies and vegan foods. Try to reduce things that contain fat: cheese, milk, dairy or creams. I would suggest no more than 1000 calories a day, since you re pretty tiny, that s a good limit. Very maximum - 1200.Drink green tea and eat some lemons to help your body burn fat (of course, I don t mean a lemon a day, more like 2 slices a day). It s possible to lose about 10 pounds each month, at least!Oh and another one - how is your metabolism? You should be able to go to the bathroom (poop) once a day for sure! If you don t - laxatives, do NOT take more than is suggested on the bottle, in fact, one table-spoon is perfectly fine. Now, exercise-wise - running and I would suggest lots of it. If you feel tired - run some more. And of course do weights and stretching (i.e. yoga). Exercise every single day, at least an hour each day. Make it intense and fast, while drinking lots of water, as much as you want - there s no limit. Just make sure it s not too little. (I usually go through 2 bottles). And that s it, really. Make sure to get proper sleep. The most important thing for you is to lose fat and you don t mind some muscle, right?Don t worry, you can t be like a body builder. And have fun!As a reward, I would suggest that you buy yourself a piece of clothing or something that you ve really wanted - at the end of your journey, when you reach your goal.Of course - don t starve yourself. And make sure your vitamin intake (Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E) is going on, because you may become very tired with so much exercise and such gestapo diet. Good luck! :DOh and before I forget - register at www.sparkpeople.comIt s 100% free and you can track your results there, get sound advice from professionals and other people who are on the same journey. You will also be able to read a sh*tload of success stories and see what exactly each person did. Some people lose more than a hundred of pounds. Motivation is EXTREMELY important with this thing for you, so I highly suggest that you follow this advice.Source(s):Tonnes and tonnes of research, own experience, experience of others and medical references.
yes.. easy!don t lose it fast.. no tricks and eat fresh whole foods.. no more refined foods.. dig?do not starve.. that only backfires and makes you gain weight double or triple over time.cut out DAIRY! do not eat a primary processed food diet.. take interest in your body and the foods out there that are available.. as in learn about the food.. learn what is crap and learn what your body can PROCESS!eat a fresh fruits and veggie diet.. primary.. if you eat meat try to keep it FRESH and between fish (salmon and tuna (FRESH ONLY) and CHICKEN (chicken breast without skin and bone (remove it..) and again i say.. FRESH not processed.what is processed?anything that s in a can, box whatever.. and has a lable on it that s longer than a sentence.eat a very lean and fresh whole foods diet.. learn to love.. and remember if the soy is processed... read the labels and make for CERTAIN that things like:caseinhigh fructose corn syrupcorn syruprefinedbinders dairyhydrogenatedsoy lectin(among a larger list... research is essential in keeping healthy and in shape)it s a hard job.. but sooner you learn and start the better.. it comes easy with time.you re online? right???utilize it..my key points.. if it s frozen.. canned... has dairy... is candy, has sodium, is roasted... has been pre-processed or prepared.. do not touch it.there are some exclusions unless you want to do it yourself.. but..for instance the lesser evil dialog...milk. cows milk (dairy) is an inflammatory food.. causes many chronic diseases over time with daily intake.... change that to:soy milk... it comes from a bean... though processed there s no enzymes or binders and no cholesterol as in processed inert fats (lipids on the LDL side -BAD) and the proteins are more soluble (digestable) and the minerals, vitamins are more the same.. your body can assimulate the element. (soymilk, no matter as in mass production processed such as SILK brand or what you make from a machine at home... has much in omega 3 fatty acids)fish:canned, NOPE! forget it.. move along nothing to see here.fresh, YES... tuna and salmon are high in omega fatty oils... PLUS factor here.hydrate accordingly... fresh fruit juices and water, water!lesser the ingredients in your packaged juices and whatnot.. the BETTER!and get off your duff and move.. walk those stairs.. walk around.. make a habit, take a friend...get a bike.. now that s fun!get a exercycle! when you can t go out to ride the other bike...live to eat.. :D do not eat when you are NOT hungry and stop when you are satisfied.. you can always eat again later when you are hungry again.. there s no law against that.AND!the lesser processed foods you eat the lesser you will be craving.. the chemicals in processed foods are inert and thus your body will not be nourished and you will have that tempermental hunger pangs.....which are called: empty calories eat a primary fresh fruits and veggie diet!(fish and chicken, fresh! make sure the chicken has no fat or skin and breast meat is best meat.)*salmon and tuna are the monsters in omega oils... and get it fresh because canned tuna and salmon are DEAD food.. the minerals, vitamins and omega product has been cooked out of it in the process of canning it.*and stopping the consumption of dairy you will lose 40lbs easy... and please do not lose more than 3lbs a week.. please!it will dissapear easy!and get into motivational body elements.. such as yoga, meditation... which help with keeping the body limber and the innards.. trust me our innards are important to keep them limber, especially our intestines and that stubborn colon.. meditation helps with increased oxygen production.. and you already know why that s important.(cell growth and brain activity and of course.. the blood flow)this will all help.. and if you drink alcohol.. try to cut that down.. triglycerides make you FAT!i stopped drinking recently (i m a strict vegetarian.. other than the drinking which is loaded with animal product also) and i lost 30lbs like that! i was surprised and angry at the same time... why are so many processed foods so impacting when it comes to our bodies?i ll stop there. YOU got the point.
