I need to lose weight fast for a wedding what should I do? I have 21 days.? -

Can I get some tips on what to do. Please. Ahhh!!!

At every meal, eat only half of what you would normally eat. For snacks, only eat fruits/veggies or other healthy low calorie foods. Exercise is key in losing weight quickly, so rent a workout DVD from your library or search youtube for workout videos. Also, jumproping burns about 100 calories every ten minutes, and everyone has 10 minutes. Good luck.
