Ride a bike or something everyday. Pace yourself up the hills but dont stop even when your sweating. Cut off any junk food or sugar. Do 1 pushup today 2 pushups tomorrow 3 pushups the next and so on. Also when some people eat its not because there hungry its because the are bored. Then they get fat and long for more. Dont let this happen to you.
exersice and the at night when the light are off and your on your bed do 250 sit ups. Eat tomatoes and spinach.
