I work out hard and consistently including lots of cardio and have reached a plateau with my weight loss but need to lose about 15-30 pounds fast! what fat burner would help with this?

It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly. try adding weight lifting to your routine. It will increase your metabolism and keep buring calories after your workout. Make sure you are eating enough calories for what your burning. Maybe try a whey protein powder shake post workout.
