its partly to do with are metabolic rate..e.g. my friend can eat like a horse, never puts on a poundme if i ate the same amount , i d be a lot bigger than i should be.it s party to do with him excercising a LOT more, as the metabolic rate goes up..as for men and women, well our bodies are different also.try drinking a pint or 2 of water BEFORE every meal, that will make your tummy fuller and you will eat smaller portions..
