Well There are 6 things u can do:1) The 3 day diet which works like a charm (lose 10 pounds in 3 days) - I lose around 9-14 pounds in 3 days! Very good diet plus u could eat icecream for desert! Fastest way I found to lose weight without risking health is to go on a very low-carb diet. You can lose up to 4 - 5 lbs a week if you stick to 15 carbs a day. You ll be grouchy for about a week, and maybe have a headache for the first day or two, but then your body becomes accustomed to burning fat for fuel instead of sugars. Drink lots of water, and use your few carbs in greens and nuts - the only downside to low carb is constipation.
you need to reduce your calorie intake- but not by more then 25% or your body will just go into starvation mode and you will end up storeing calories and storeing fat.Also, increase your activity level, excercise more- go to gym classes, run evry morining or simply walk everywhere possible- the more you do, the more calories you burn.Create a calorie deficit, this is the only way to loose weight.
