Hey Micheala! Do not take pills to lose weight or any supplements. You are not too much overweight. If you want to lose weight, try to run a mile or run for 20 minutes 4-5 times a week. Don t weigh yourself everyday either. Try to weigh yourself about a month after being on a regular workout routine. Sometimes checking your weight too frequently can be discouraging if you don t see a difference. Try to eat lots of vegetables, fruits, turkey, grilled chicken, tuna, salads, wheat bread instead of white. You can look up healthy foods online. If you re worried about your mom getting mad at you at dinner or something, eat what she cooks for you but try to eat maybe half of the amount you would usually eat if it s not healthy. Remember weight doesn t come off in a couple days..if you would like to lose weight and stay healthy, it is a lifestyle change not a quick fix. You should try to keep a blog of what you eat and how you worked out each day. It will keep you motivated.

First thing you need to know that eating fat free isn t always eating healthy. Fat free, while it IS free from fat.. it contains alot of sugars, which eventually turn into fat if not processed correctly by the body.Start eating whole grains, cutting out things made with white flour, like white bread, pasta, etc. Also cut out sugars like sodas and candy. Cutting these two out can make a vast improvement in how your body functions and help you lose weight easier. Drink lots and lots of water. Organs need optimal hydration to function at their best.Eat more leafy green vegetables and lean meats. Most of it is watching the ingredients and portion sizes. As long as you can watch these two, you ll be just fine.
