Do you really need to lose weight or just being paranoid? I m sure you look fine and i don t recommend losing weight fast as you ve said. To hell with feeling shy, how are you going to feel if you do something to lose weight fast then end up falling on your face at the pool because you don t have enough strenghth and nutrients to hold yourself up.
