what ever you do please do not diet all that comes out of that is a waste of time and you will gain your weight right back its very hard to explain but here are a few tips. don t eat big meals eat little snacks through out the day and make sure there healthy snacks just so your not taking in a bunch of fat all at once. (eating little snacks through out the day helps builds your metabolism). also eat breakfast in the morning this will also help build up your metabolism. and I no you said you don t have that much time to exercise but try to go for a walk in the morning or at night. that s about the only advice I can give you. good luck
