Need to lose weight fast! Any good suggestions? -

I want to take off abt 10 lbs. Can someone suggest a good diet?

well i went to weight watchers which relli helps you to think about what your eating.Also if u write down everythink you eat it makes u look at it nd release what u should be cutting out of your diet.

Drink plenty of water every day (about 8 cups) and eat at least plenty of vegetables per week

For breakfast you can have cornflakes,but make it intresting: have them with bannanas, apple juice or whatever you want reallyFor lunch make smothies,there really healthy and fill you up plus giving you your 5 a dayFor dinner have a baked potato with different fillings: for instance spicy baked beansFor snacks you can have dried fruit or nuts but not salted ones.Goood Luck!!

Firstly, I want to say that loosing wieght fast is a Bad idea, and not recommended by medical professionals.Secondly that the weight you loose is very dependent on the weight you re starting at, it s easy to lose a few pounds when you ve got pounds to spare.Do you want to lose weight fast for one specific event, or do you want to lose weight on a more permanent basis?If it s for a specific event, then you can t do much more extreme than one of my house mates who s doing The Lemonade Diet at the moment, and supplementing it with slices of watermelon when it gets too much for her.She s an idiot.For realistic weight loss that won t damage your health, I d go with someone like weight watchers.
