wow, i wish i had the determination you have to lose weight. make sure you take a break, don t overdo yourself. at first, you will see big weight loss. i lost 12 pounds in one week. after that, it may be 1 to 2 pounds a week. if you are going to do this, be consistent. you will gain a lot of muscle and become more tone and lean. eating breakfast and running in the morning combined will increase your metabolism. do a little research if you should eat before or after you run because i can t seem to remember. make sure to adjust to which area you need to work on. i wish you the best of luck!
