You might think about trying this book called The Movie Star Diet by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
Follow the Mayo Clinic Diet, it works great.

Start eating every two hours because that keeps your metabolism going throughout the day. Have your three meals a day and have healthy snacks in between i.e. fruit, oatcakes, etc. Make sure you are eating lots of fruit and veg. If you re having pasta, rice or potato, then just have small portions. Avoid any fatty foods and sugary snacks. Cut down on your sugar intake. Make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water/unsweetend juice/herbal tea each day. Include lots of the following food in your diet as these take more calories to digest that you intake by eating them: asparagus, apple, beet, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, oats, onion, orange, papaya, pears, pineapple, spinach, turnip and zucchini.http://www.angelic1healing.com

Running. Regardless of how many ideas are out there, running is the fastest way to lose weight. Try to get to 2 miles and once you ve hit that, you can run as far and as long as you want. And cut down on carbs and sugar. To body sculpt, try yoga. I have found it takes an enormous amount of discipline to get started with this, but just do it. You ll be glad you did.
All these questions about rapid weight loss are amusing. How do I lose 10 lbs. in two weeks ? Twenty lbs. in a month ? The fact is, there is only way to lose FAT quickly, or at least fairly quickly.. And that is get more exercise and quit eating so much. Yeah, you can lose weight quickly on some of these fad diets, but it s mostly water you re losing, not fat. Heck, you can lose five lbs. in one day if you re out sweating a lot. But you gain it right back. If you really want to lose weight, it s going to take a total transformation of your lifestyle and thought process. What is comes down to is this: Burn more calories than you take in. That s the only way to lose weight and keep it off. Sorry, that s just the way it is.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. I don t know how much weight you d like to loose, a good start is to eat healthy . More frequent, smaller meals is a good idea. Over the past 30 years anytime I ve needed to loose weight (after children, etc.) I ve gone to Weight Watchers. Not only did they teach me how to eat healthy , their diet was easy to follow and it works. Plus, I didn t have to spend a small fortune on prepared meals .You should also exercise, starting off slow . Something as easy as walking is a good start. I started off walking one mile a day and after a couple months I was up to five miles a day! I lost 30 lbs. in 5 months.There are lots of options for exercise, I think the key to success is to make sure you do something that you enjoy (bike riding, roller blading, etc.). You can join a local gym and work out with other people, sometimes it makes exercising more fun .Whatever you decide I wish you all the best with it!
