Just cut down on what you eat, and eat the correct stuff. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks by sticking to a 1200 calorie a day diet, with eating tonnes of fruit and veg, and cutting out some of my carbs. Carbs are the best thing to cut down on if you want to loose weight quickly. Do excerise, but not excessivly so. One pound of weight is 3500 calories approx
1st don t think 2 much about it..just cut out all soda s and juice s. once in a while is ok.. eat everything you like.. but. eatless... and exercise... more.. dance.. or walk... for hour.. 4 to 5 times a week... and if you eat super super healthy....ive lost 3 pounds per week.. but... it gets really boring..lol good luck
Cut out all breads and carbs. Drink water no soda s (even diet) and try to walk at least 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 minutes. If you cant do that then try 30 minutes. And make sure you eat veggies.
