Why do people ask how to lose weight? When...? -

When the obvious answer is to excersise and eat healthy. I eat McDonalds only like 4 times a week, and I run to class from the parking lot every day for excersise but I m still fat?!?!?

because they re too lazy to use google, and stuff their mouth with whatever they see in commercials on television.

Many are not really sincere, just having fun looking for responses. Try to avoid answering those.Got caught at a McDs recently. Innocently ordered a snacker wrap for $1.35. Was amazed to learn that they managed to pack 330 calories of fat into something smaller than my fist, made with chicken breast and lettice!

Okay, I agree with you, but there are many people who do eat right and exercise and still do not lose significant weight.

they would rather try miracle cures for instant success than work hard and reach attainable goals over time...
