Im 13 years old and i weigh 192 now im ashamed of this and id like to know what i should do to lose weight.? -

i ve been running and doing sit ups and trying to be active but i need a better diet. i dont care to lose weight fast im not in a hurry i just need some positive help. no harsh comments please i beat my self up about it enough. my height is 5 2

what you need to do is to follow the food pyramid, ask your parents to follow this for you, then do some exercise like cycling or walking to school (if possible) and go to the gym

hiya i do not know where you are my wife did weight 22 stone i weighed 16 stone we live in southern england we went to a group, weight watchers i have lost a stone and my wife is now 19 stone 4 lbs this is after 5 months. And do not be ashamed there is somebody for every body when we met she was 36, 25, 35, all i say now is i got my monies worth and then again i only weighed about 10 stonewe still love each other with the xtra lard, stick to veg and fish keep away from sauces unless low cal and no red meat ( thats my problem with steak) but small portions of chicken help. weight watchers are on the web have a look and good luck d
