How can i lose weight faster? -

well im like 6 feet tall and i weight 180 and i been running and it seems that i dont lose weight and plus i only eat once a day. so does any1 know how i can lose weight faster?

running is a good start but i would not suggest eating once a day eat 3 times but a little less be consistent let your body know its getting enough carbs as for losing weight faster wear a trash bag when you run, spit a lot more, only drink water as much as you can all these should help i used to box and when i would need to lose a couple pounds fast this would really help

If you are only eating once a day that may be your problem. You need to keep your metabolism going by having at least a little bit of food every 3-4 hours. If you don t get the proper nutrients then your body goes into starvation mode trying to store fat, not burn it.

maybe you should eat less per meal 2 or 3 times a day,,,also increase your cardio by running an hour a day

if you drink a tea called herbal slimming tea you should lose 4 - 5 pounds in 3 days or so.
