If you already exercise then it may be diet. Make sure you re eating fruits, veggies, lean meats and low-fat dairy. Skip the junk food and cut out sugar completely.You didn t specify what kind of workout you do. If you re not doing at least 30 minutes of cardio, that may also be your problem.
