What can I do to lose weight faster? -

I am dieting and exercising but would like to see faster results. Does anyone know of anything that allows you to drop weight faster? Please don t post anything about how there is nothing but diet and exercise that can help because I am already doing that, I just need to know if there is anything that helps.

your already doing all you can do, if you want to lose it faster all I can say is too eat even healthier and do more cardio. But losing fat takes time, be patient. You wont make any significant weight losses by the time school starts or anyhting.
