long distance running. it helps with determination, endurance, and cardiovascular work. im in cross country and i eat basically anything i want. long distance is great for metabolism. start off short, go for 1 or 2 1/2 miles without stopping to walk. jog at your own pace but keep jogging. after a while you can go further. for us, our long distance is 6 1/2 miles. remember to have a stretching point which is usually halfway of your run
I would say running is just about the most efficient way to burn calories. But it is also rough on the body.(high impact) The best way to shed fat is a change in diet along with exercise. Your body can only take a certain amount of abuse from exercise but you can change the amount of calories you consume rather easily.
ok, for a workout, first walk/run 5 miles a day. then when your stomach gets thinner, start doing the jillian micheals workouts. my aunt does them and she has the best abs i ve ever seen. but the trick to lose stomach fat is actually all about your diet. you can t eat fattening foods if you want a skinny stomach, because your stomach actually retains a lot of water weight (weight you get depending on what you ate in the last few days). the working out will help you burn it faster, but if you really want it to go, you have to eat healthy.
Only exercise does I dont see why you dont try getting abs or something
umm excerzise no duh
