lots of people lose weight without exercising! I would cut back calories (eat at least 1000, no more than 1300 per day) to lose weight with no exercise. Walk around as much as you can on those crutches, sister! That s probably a better workout than regular walking! When you reach the weight you want to be at, increase your calories by 300 a day or so. If you re sitting watching lots of TV, munch on frozen fruit (pineapple, mango and peaches are my fav!) and get some air popped popcorn- no butter. These snacks last a long time and don t have many calories. Read some good books while you re sitting around to take your mind off of food. Raw veggies dipped in salsa is another great very low calorie snack. And again, get out and move on those crutches when you can.
