Hey dearie,First of all.. you are not developing anOrexia as the person above mentioned. The best thing for your metabolism, and ultimately weight loss, is to eat small meals throughout the day- 5-6 (breakfast- snack- lunch-snack-dinner-snack) Small meals, remember- when your body does not eat often, it puts itself into a so-called starvation mode where it conserves your calories and body fat instead of burning it for energy. Since you don t eat a lot, as you mentioned, try slowly introducing a bit more (healthy) food into your diet, throughout the day. Breakfast is very important- at least have breakfast every morning- some fruit or veggies, lean protein for snacks and meals.. Even if you are not hungry, have a small, healthy snack. My doctor and I set up a routine and it worked well for me. Try to figure out your Basal Metabolic rate (calculators are online) and figure out how many calories you are consuming. Do not consume over the amount you need, or you will gain weight. Exercise often- keep a food journal to count your meals and calories.. and help your metabolism with small meals and green tea. No pill or magic anything is going to help you.I struggled with an eating disorder for years and have done everything. I am using weight watchers at the moment, and I think it is the easiest way to use weight, but still keep healthy. You have a food plan and points to keep track of your meals. If you are eating filling meals, then there is no reason to bash yourself about not eating enough. If you start to become concerned about not eating enough; visit someone to help you... you may be developing anerexiaHope this helps!
just cut out the junk food and eat fruits veggies and meat you will loose weight stay away from white flour and white table sugar use wheat or other kinds of grains and for sugar use sugar in the raw or sugar cane or agave syrup or stevia and do not use white table salt use sea salt stay away from highly proceed foods and if you think it is junk food it probly is if you any any questions just email me at demongodkid2@yahoo.com
