Try running at least 5 miles a day and add some strength training into your routine. It helps build muscle endurance and stamina. Have you changed your diet? Try eating healthy rather than worrying about starving yourself on some caustic lemonade diet- your stomach will thank you. Get lots of lean protein, vegetables, water and fiber. It will help your body start to use food more efficiently.
Don t need a diet....its a lifestyle change... diet is a diet because you do it for a certain time..it works and in a month your fat again cos your off your diet...change your lifestyle...lemonade diet will work obviously,replacing food with a liquid is gonna work but its not good for you and lemonade will just give you countless zits, just eat healthy, raw food detoxes your body so you will loose weight faster and feel better, don t fall for quick fixes, change your attitude towards food.

YOU LOSE WEIGHT BUT YOU RE NOT TONING UP.DO CARDIO(JOG, GOOD JOB) FOR 30 MINUTES 5 TIMES A WEEK. AND THEN DO A FULL BODY WORK OUT 3 TIMES A WEEK...EAT WELL- PORTION WISE AS WELL.AND AN AVERAGE PERSON WHO DOES THIS LOSES 2-3 POUNDS A WEEK. SO IN A MONTH YOU CAN LOSE MORE THAN TEN.WORKED FOR ME.:)
Don t go there. The lemonade diet or lemon detox diet as it is also known is a really unhealthy way of losing weight. You may lose now, but you will pay a big price for that weight loss. Your metabolism will slow down, and you will have major weight problems down the line. More info below.
