nothing. i don t know how much you weigh (from us) at the moment but losing 10 pounds in 10 days is NOT healthy. a good amount of weight to try and lose is 1-2 lbs per week, any more and you start to harm your body. just start eating healthier and in moderation, exercise, drink water, all the stuff people always say to do. and don t try starving yourself, in the end you re only going to make it more difficult for yourself, as your body will make more body fat than usual when you return to normal eating in case it starves again.
yeah it takes time to loose weight, you could start now and begin to tone and get rid of fat by running or cycling or just general exercise like running up the stairs everyday a couple of times, little changes altogether make a big difference in the end.Although u might think it, body weight will change no - ones opinion of you, its all about personality and i should think your losing weight for your own benefit? not for other people, do you really want to loose it? because it sounds like you ve left it last minute so i doubt you dobtw the only way you can lose that much is to eat little, like lettuce and water but that would result in DEATH.Just exercise and youll get fit but it takes weeks =] and youll look healthy, as exercise also makes your skin glow :)
Try cutting your carbohydrate intake down to 20g a day while filling up on lots of protein-rich foods such as fish, chicken, dairy-products, tofu and nuts (Atkin s Diet). This works well for short-term weight loss (expect to lose 5-10lbs per week) Don t keep it up for more than 2 weeks though, it isn t a healthy long-term solution.Ps Exercise too! 30 mins a day minimum.
okay, you need to cut out junk food and soda, and eat lots of leafy green vegetables and water filled veggies (like celery), fruits, about 4 ounces of lean meat a day, whole wheat bread (not much two pieces of toast is good) and drink 2-3 liters of water and try this workout:It s called The Crazy 8 Weight Circuit (I do not take credit for this I found it in my search for ab exercises)1. 60 jumping jacks: done as fast as possible, make sure to do a full jumping jack2. 15-20 spiderman push ups: just do normal push ups until your ready to do these. in order to do a spiderman push up you have to do a regular pushup and then bring your right knee up to your elbow (or at least in that direction) keep your abs tight (this works your obliques and abs) do the same with your left leg3. Walking Lunges: I take 20 steps total. I think this is the easiest exercise4. Spiderman Climb: I do a total of 20 of these (10 per side) in order to do it you go into a push up position (don t do a push up) bring your right foot and try and place it as close to your right hand while keeping your abs tight then do the same with your left foot5. Wall Squat: do for 45-60 seconds. This HURTS! don t but your hands on your legs that makes it easier.6. Planks: do for 60 seconds. tough but this is the best ab exercise of all (don t bother with crunches or sit-ups this is much better)7. 5 burpees: make sure to do a full push up at the bottom and explode as high as possible at the top into a jump. You ll be really tired at this point.8. High knees: Done as fast as possible. Do 50 total. I count when my right foot touches the ground and count 25 cause that s fifty total.NOTE: NO RESTING IN BETWEEN EXERCISES! You ll want to, but don t. Keep pushing yourself you can do it! :) after doing these 8 exercises rest for 1:00 minute exactly. then go do 1 more circuit don t add the third circuit until you are ready.also if you want to do some extra ab work do a few more planks, just remember to keep your abs tight. and by drinking 2-3 liters of water a day will help you burn more fat and cleanse your system as well as stay hydratedCheck out the site I found this workout from, it has a lot of good tips and exercises.Good Luck! I hope this helps you! :D
Well you cant loose 10 pounds in 11 days. Its honestly impossible. Get on a healthy diet. 2000 calories a day, lots of exercising. And no drink but water. Lots of water too.
Eat a moderate well balanced diet low in fat and an emphasis on fresh fruit and vegetables. Try to exercise 20-30 minutes a day.
