Need to lose weight fast? -

i need to lose as much weight as i can in about 2 weeks, is there any good diet pills, or the best exersice that burns fat fast

I lost 8lbs in 2 weeks by doing the following:1. Cutting out white food: bread, rice, sugar, flour.2. Increased my protein intake.3. Ate 5 to 6 times per day, small meals.4. Ate a salad with at least two meals per day.(This last one you re not going to want to believe and it may be hard for you to do, but here goes);5. Increased my fat intake. Before you panic, I only increased the good fats i.e. olive oil, coconut oil. 6. Of course exercise will increase the rate at which you burn fat.I did the fat increase because if you give your body enough of the good fats it will eventually stop storing fat. It s the same principle as when you finally start giving your body enough water, it will stop retaining water.

no diet pills - no way!Do at least 30 mins of cardio exercises per day and try to balance your diet and trust me you will lose weight.

Hands down, the Michael Thurmond 6 week body makeover is the best!!!! It is extreme but produces extreme results without any supplements or special foods. Plenty of real food and exercise. He wrote a book about a smaller time makeover but can t remember the name. Basically you ll have 6 small meals a day while cutting out most fat and sodium and drinking lots of water. You might be able to find the book in your local library.

Diet pills is never the way to go. You don t learn anything from popping pills.What you should do, is balance your meals. Limit your carb intake, but DO include them in your diet. Whole wheat breads, NOT white helps a lot too. Never fry meat. Roast, broil, or bake meats. Remove all skin prior to cooking. Chicken fish are low in fat..but again, remove the chicken skin prior to cooking. Fruits vegetables are important too, and by all means increase your activity levels. Also, non-fat milk is important and if you like yogurt, use the low-fat ones as well. You should NEVER lose too much weight too quickly. It s not healthy, and could get you into trouble. The last thing you need is a trip to the ER because you ve done something that your body is rebelling against. If you do lose too quickly, you could lose muscle mass which isn t good.The weight you re referring to wasn t gained overnight..and you won t lose it overnight either.

We use body slender at home which you can buy on tv. But it still takes 6 months to work... I suggest proper exercise, balanced diet and fitrum... It is a dietary pill which prevents fats from forming (the good way) and it also burns fats fast.

OK, im gonna tell u this from experience, in about 3 months period I lost 5 pants sizes using relacore, this helps ur appetite, gives u energy and helps ur stress level, Ur not really gonna lose alot of weight in 2 weeks trust me ive tried every single way and still tryin to lose more weight.

You may be able to lose some water weight fast but building lean muscle that shapes your body and burning fat takes a bit more time. Your body can only metabolize a certain amount of fat at a time. You can start with a healthy 2 day fast using a meal replacement formula with good nutrients. This can cleans you of unwanted toxins and also reduce cravings. Do not do that for more than 2 days and do not do strenuous activity during those 2 days!After that eat several small meals per day that are clean low fat foods. Replacing 2 of those meals and or snacks with a good meal replacement bar of shake will also benefit you.
