lady d, I would start with fasting for 2 days. Drink a lot of clear liquids--water, tea, fruit and vegetable juice. Depending on your weight and dietary habits, you could be storing 10-15 pounds of waste in your intestines. Fasting will help cleanse your system and get you ready for real weight loss. After that, really watch the carbs, sugar, and salt. If you go out of your way to eat fresh foods low is sugar and salt, you will lose weight pretty quickly. Because you are eating a diet that is cleansing your system, you will get rid of the puffiness that comes with water weight.
these questions suck , common think about this logically , you been eating a unhealthy diet and being lazy not exercising and all the sudden the holidays come around and you want to loose like 20 pnds to impress the relatives lol. well I can give you a suggestion, but let me remind you again , that you will only loose water weight , you will loose strenght , and muscle mass , and throw off your metabolism. but If you want just do the starvation diet. go to 7-11 buy a pack of smokes , cigarettes make you loose your appetite , and are a mild laxative , Drink only water , so you dont die. and keep this up for three days and you should loose about 10-12 pnds.
Well if you re not looking for health, this is what I do:Day 1: No food, no exercise. Liquids only, mainly water.For days 2-7, pick one:a. All liquid diet. You need to drink stuff with some sugar in it though, to keep you going. Exercise: Do the highest level of interval workout that you can (interval is going from a meduim walking speed to a running speed, and back down again over and over. 30 seconds on the run-time, 1min 30 seconds walk). Do as many other exercises as you feel nessisary,but at least do one. (ex: Sit ups, lunges, squats, pushups, wall-sits, punches)orb. 200-400 calories. Interval exercise (30-60 min.), then situps and lunges. Do as many of the examples listed above as you want as extras. Eat all food before 3pm. After 3pm, only 0 calorie drinks. With both of the above, drink 2-3 liters of water a day.Days 8 up: You can have either one bad thing everyday and nothing else, or you can have 600-800 cal. Interval exercise, strength training. (45-60 min. altogether). You can cut back to 2 liters of water a day. If you go with the one bad thing route, then eat it between 8am and 4 pm. Exercise at 5pm or later.
