heyyy,this is cool im the first one to anser u.....well antways the food u need to eat shouldnt be junk food or high in fats,u should eat lots of fruits expecially bananas, and eat plenty of veggies..but dont stop eating ok!!!!!!!!!exersize and eat healthy and yuoll be great and skinny
