Best way for teenage girl to lose weight fast? -

I m fifteen, not super fat, just round.I want a slim body fast but whats the best way to get it?I lost a few kilograms in 2 weeks from eating smaller portions and doing a bit more exercise but my double chin came back the next week? I was happy I was getting a bit slimmer and ate normally, and now i m back to round round again.Help help :(I always ruin it by eating more than full.

Determine your daily calorie intake .Write down all the things you eat on a typical day.Do an itemized calorie count.Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce.Seek out alternatives to the unhealthy foods you ve identified.Choose lean meats.Plan your meals.Watch your portion sizes.Graze on healthy snacks.Get more fiber.Drink plenty of water.Exercise.Perform high-level aerobic activities.Pump some iron.Be realistic.Make adjustments.Be confident.Be consistent and disciplined, and have self motivation.

Stop using remote controls. Remote controls are the bane of a prospective weight loser. They may be remarkable gadgets by themselves but from the weight loss point of view, they just arent very helpful. They really encourage us to take a laid back kind of attitude towards life itself. In fact if remote controls were not there, the television would not have become so popular. It is because of remote controls that people can remain where they are and switch from one channel to the other. And they only have to twitch a finger muscle to achieve this. Now, I have nothing against multi channel television sets but what I strongly advocate is that you get up from where you are and change the channel of the TV each time you want to do so. The same thing holds true for other remote controls as well. As it is we have remote controlled TVs, DVD players, A/Cs, garage doors, gateways and what not. The next thing we know is that we will have remote controlled people as well.

Do not be a couch potato. It is the easiest thing in the world to become a couch potato. You know what we are talking about dont you That shapeless thing that sits or reclines on a shapeless chair in front of the television and stupidly munches away at something fried! If you are inclined to become a promising old couch potato, break the habit, cut at the very root of the vine. And you want to know what the best way is for that Take away that favorite chair of yours. In fact, it would be a very good idea if you could keep a chair that isnt too comfortable in front of the TV. This will discourage any tendency to become a couch potato.

If you have a banister rail or a balustrade that will support you, sit on it and pump your legs as if you are riding a bicycle, taking care not to fall off of course. This might sound like another crazy idea and I dont want to argue with you about that. I just want to tell you that by doing such crazy things, you are in fact not missing a single chance to lose those extra pounds. It is a way of keeping your mind alert all the time. Every thing must look like an opportunity to you.

Did you know that additional weight is not constantly thanks to additional fat? There can be a lot of additional weight basically sitting around in your colon. The newest supplement will cleanse your colon and help you to lose up to 20 pounds, regularly from your waist (show me someone who doesn t want to lose some pounds from their waist LOL!!). There is a risk free trial on offer at http://tunach.weightcontrollive.info I ve been taking it for 2 weeks now and it s definitely having an effect!!

DO NOT not eat at all. if you do your stomach will store up fat, so then you will become fat. i do not wish to be offensive but this is very bad for you/ someone.

No worry I am of Ur age. Eat well else U grow weak. Do some swimming, cycling go for a walk. That s I am slim, hot and sexy.

cut off your butt.

Firstly - don t get obsessed with your weight. I did and it s not that great. You have to take it slow and do it in a healthy way.1. Don t stop eating. If you stop eating then your body goes into survival mode and it will store all the energy from the food you eat. Also at your age you are still growing heeeaps so you need food for all your nutrients like iron and calcium etc.2. Cut out junk food because it has a high energy value. When you eat foods with a high energy value (lots of calories) your body doesn t need all the energy unless you re running a marathon or running away from a saber tooth tiger or whatever - so it stores it as a layer of fat under the skin. When you do have fat in your diet make sure it is unsaturated instead of saturated. Unsaturated fat comes from plant sources. Saturated fat comes from animal sources. They both have the same energy value but saturated fat is bad for your heart. You will be glad later on in life that you chose unsaturated fats. But yeah cut out fat in your diet because they will cause you to gain weight. Foods high in fat like butter, cheese, normal milk, icecream, chocolate... the list goes on.3. So you have your macronutrients... fat...carbohydrate and protein. We get most of our energy from carbohydrate. So it therefore makes sense to cut down on carbs. Cut down NOT cut out. You need carbs for fibre and other nutrients. Fibre is gooood as it makes you feel full. This will stop you from snacking on junkfood because you will feel full and satisfied. You MUST eat wholemeal and wholegrain carbs. They are so much better for you! So when you eat carbs you store the energy as glycogen in the muscles. When you do exercise you use up glycogen stores. This is why athletes carbo-load days before they compete in events. So cut down on carbs so you have little glycogen stores so when you do exercise you use up your minimal glycogen stores quickly and then you start burning stored fat. Good sources: wholegrain/wholemeal bread. Oats. Museli. Low-fat cereals. Bran muffins.4. Protein is good! You need it for cell growth and repair. As you are 15 your body is still growing! It is so important that you have lean protein. Also when you do exercise this helps build muscle. Muscle is good because A. the more muscle you have the more fat you burn BECAUSE they need more energy (calories) to function and B. because toned muscles are coolbeans and they make you strong woohoo. If you don t have protein then your muscles wont really develop very nicely. And NO you wont get all muscley like a bodybuilder because you are a girl and you don t have enough testosterone so build huge muscles. Choose low fat proteins. Good sources are low fat/edam cheese, low fat milk, low fat yoghurt, chicken WITHOUT the skin, lean meat with the fat cut off, fish.5. Oh also cut out sugar because that will store as fat if not used for energy purposes.6. Vegetables can be gross... but find ones that you like and eat them! Fruit is AMAZING. It s low in calories and they give you sooo many nutrients. Eat lots of fruit. Bananas, apples, grapes, pears, strawberries, pineapple etc. You can t go wrong with fruit. If you still feel like food after you ve eaten your main meal then snack on fruit.7. I m from little wee New Zealand and they recommend here that we have 6+ servings of breads and cereals (your carbs) 5+ servings of fruits and vegetables, 3 servings of milk and milk products and 1-2 servings of meat and meat alternatives. That s pretty good and it will end up giving you about 2000 calories per day which is good for someone of our age (I m 17 so I should follow same guidelines as you) but if you d like to loose weight then calorie intake should be about 1000-1500 ... but this is bad because it will make you lose weight a bit faster.8. I was 54kgs and I ate between 1000-1600 calories a day and burnt off 500-1000 calories in my daily work outs at the gym. I lost 5kgs in 2-3 weeks. Which was bad. It didn t make me happy, I got sick, I wasn t getting enough nutrients and I went from being a 10DD to a 10C ...maybe a D now if I m lucky. So my advice is so lose weight slowly so your body doesn t experience rapid change which is ugly.9. Increase your exercise. It s all about balance. If you hate exercising then watch what you eat and count your calories (NOT obsessively because that is bad also). If you love exercise then increase that so you can keep eating the foods you love. When I was in my 2-3 week crazy weight loss thing my gym routine was: 30 min run, 40 min bike, 20 min wave-machine, 10 min uphill walk, weights and core exercises. I now realise that was a bit crazy and it made my knees sore.My workout now is 20-30 min run, 20 min bike and 20 min wave-machine. Then I do weights for my arms and legs and then 100 sit ups and other exercises. Go to your school gym or local gym and get an instructor to make you a fitness plan. Your work out should burn about 400 calories.
