im 12..13 in a couple days i feel exactly the sameeat your meals like breakfast dinner teabut try not to have any snacks inbetween, when i have snacks inbetween it is only on a saturday i dont have that manydo exercise, but fun exercisei go on my wii alot, go for walks with friends, have mini races with friends i go on my trampoline i also play with my dogsjust think of some fun things, which are also exercises, you will be more likely to stick to loosing weight if your having fun
