How can i lose weight fast with no pills? -

i dont want to take any pill , any good diets or exercise that might help me lose weight fast

Run!!!!!Drink lots of water!!!!And don t eat past 4:30.....if you have comcast ...on demand they have some pretty cool work out programs.....belly dancing....hip hop....etc

Drink water alot atleast 2 liter a dayExercise is a best option run 2 miles a day and do some Hard work Like Grass cutting

U gotta exercise and love doing it...try pillates or kick boxing. If u think about loosing weight as a negative thing it makes it harder to do. Think abt it as becoming the best u , that u can be. Plus drink lots of water and make ur dining experience as elegant as possible , even thought u may be eating alone. Just have fun wid it.

you can lose weight with out a pill you can workout everyday and drink water more also you can go to the gym.

There is no fast and easy way to lose weight.It takes time to take it off.All those pills are dangerous.Fad diets never are permanent.Only cutting calories,fats and watchingwhat you eat.Good nutrition and exercise.Remember is was easy to put on the weight.But better to be sensibleabout losing.
