Fast way to lose weight? -

Can anyone give me a good tip on how to lose weight fast and easy?Anything helps! Thank you!

Losing weight and getting fitter is really quite simple. All you have to do is a few simple things. Firstly, clear your fridge of fatty junk foods. If there��s no temptation, you cannot fall. Secondly, stock up on watermelon and other fruits. Watermelon is excellent because it clears out your digestive system of toxins and waste, leaving you feeling and being healthier. well...eat 6 small meals a day,exercise,run,it burns fat and boost up your cardio.at least 20 minutes of sweat everyday or every other day.go dancing,cycling,aerobic. watever you feel is fun and makes you sweat. then your on your way.and dont forget to drink alot of water everyday.good luck.

Only thing I ever did was stop eating so much late at night, control my portion servings, and drink more water. I don t exercise at all, yet I m losing the lbs fast. I ve already lost 15 lbs in 2 months.

Well, the best way is a healthy diet and exercise. I m 5 5 and 120 pounds, I ve got to keep fit for Breakdancing. Really, all I can say is.. Watch what you re eating, and try to fit in some running and other daily exercises. Running for about 20 minutes 5 times a week isn t all that bad. It works for me. Trust me, I was so lazy a year or so back. Once you get into it, and you see the pounds dropping, you ll be all for it.
