I suggest working out in the morning. It doesn t speed up the weight loss but it does get you energized. If you work out at night you may have a harder time going to sleep since your adrenalin will be pumping. As for how to flatten your stomach, there s no way to target that area. Keep doing the crunches (actually add about 100 more), eat right, do cardio and other strength training. It will help.
eat less....smaller portions..excersice during night and day...go for a nice morning run..and do the crunches at night...
