I need a good exersize so i can lose weight fast!? -

Homecoming is in 2 and a half weeks and i want this dress but its 2 sizes smaller. And also i have a wedding I have to go to. And i wanna b skinny!

Telephone poles!First you do not have to mind running or jogging, and it depends on how heavy you are. Walk from one telephone pole to another, then sprint to the next. Upon reaching the next telephone pole, start the whole process all over again. You can lose weight with real quickness. In addition, watch what you eat!

Run, walk, crawl if you have to for 2hrs. Drink lots of water and green tea. Eat salads, citruis friuts, and don t eat any grease foods. Don t eat after 6pm. Oh and if you can lots of sex and I don t mean 5 times a day. I mean 3hrs srtaight.

rong attitude sweety, you should start having more frequent, smaller, healthier meals, go for a lot of cardio, and i mean a lot, run, jog, bike, step, dance, anything you can thatll get your heart beating, dont be in a rush to be skinny, or youll never get where you want, just know that your body can only lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week, healthily, if you eat and excercise rite, in your case, yea, just a lot of cardio, and not so much carbs
