I want to lose weight fast, no tablets!!!? -

My holiday is in 5 weeks and I wants to lose weight, iv put half a stone on and im not happy about it. I have started going to the gym twice a week, what food can i eat that will help me lose weight quick!

The green tea diet is BS. The key to losing weight is also NOT less calories. If you want to lose weight you need a solid diet of high fiber vegetables and lean proteins. Drink plenty of water and try to eat 5 balanced meals a day low in saturated fats. Exercise every day alternating workouts and you should shed those pounds fast!
