There is no safe way to lose an extreme amount of weight quickly. The best way is to eat about 1300 calories a day along with 45 minutes or so of exercise. Keep a journal of what you eat and how many calories. (You can find plenty of websites if you search.) Keep portion size in mind. Your stomach is generally the size of your fist. Generally, your portions should be no larger than the size of your palm, if that much with some things. Stick with plenty of fruits, vegetables and water. there is no easy way, losing weight takes time. If you cut the junk food, drink lots of water and exercise,(I love to power walk for 30 minutes a day) you will loose weight. Slimfast is good for temporary weight loss but if you are not careful you will gain it all back and more. Replace one meal with a healthy salad, easy on the dressing.
