You could workout everyday starting with 1 hr of cardio and later extend it to 1.5 hrs if your body could take it. Watch what you eat (so no junk food or anything with lots of carbs and trans fat). Eat proportionally and do a calorie count. You should be getting rid of as much calories when working out then taking in when you re eating. Hope that helps. Or ask a fitness trainer in the gym.

It sounds dumb but if you sit up and don t lean you can lose an extra 20% more calorie.
