How do you lose weight fast.? -

im not fat. im fairly skinny but im need to lose my hips and get firm thighs

I would say to eat right(staying away from fattening foods), drink plenty of water and exercise everyday for at least 45 minutes...That s the best way to lose weight and keep it off...

The faster you lose it, the faster and more you gain back. Plus, you want to lose FAT not muscle... if you lose it too fast you retain fat and only lose water weight.

Then you don t need to lose weight, you need to tone up. Try working out and make sure your BMI stays within a healthy range. I don t know why you NEED to lose your hips... the society s view of beautiful is distorted, and I m sure you look wonderful just as you are.
