When I walked an hour everyday I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I was eating normal foods. Nothing really greasy or fast food. Salads, fruit, juice. All that kind of thing. In a week you could lose maybe 3 pounds but count your calories too because you have to make sure you are burning more than you eat.
Walking that much for a week, eating relatively small meals, and drinking lots of water could shed about 5 pounds. Just understand that everyone s body looses weight differently. Makesure you don t go on crash diets with no fat or carbs.Also if you stop exercising and you start eating larger portioned meals you re going to gain all the weight back. The best thing you could do is walk that much for a week then start walking 30 minutes a day at least three times a week and eat a balanced diet-so you can keep the weight off.
