first of all:congratulations for caring about yourself!i was once in your situation and haven t completed the journey yet but im getting there. last summer (june of 08) i was 5 feet and 148 lbs(ickk) but now i am 5 3 and 120 lbs (better but not fantastic) Its taken a while but id say it was worth it. all i have done is reduced my calorie intake and increased my working out. i know we all want to be skinny by a short amount of time but its more reasonable to think like this. - it is considered healthy to lose 1-2 lbs per week. there are 52 weeks in a year. say you lose 1 pound a week for a year. then you would be BELOW your weight loss goal and you would lose the weight in a time that would make it healthy. the fact that it would take a year to lose the weight would show people that you dont have an eating disorder and that you have control over your body. so- WORK HARD EAT LESS. :))good luck
Hate to tell you, but there s no way you ll get to 90 from 141 by March! If you manage to lose that much weight... it won t have been in a remotely healthy way!! You need to watch what you eat and work out...
