A good excerise/weight loss program i can stick with for teens? -

Hello!I am a 14 year old girl who is 5 6 and weighs about 152-158...im not really sure and I want to lose weight before i start my freshman year in high school. I ve tried to lose weight but i can never stick with it. So if you have any advice, methods etc that i can do please tell me. I ll take anything. I know it involves exercise...but any advice...methods etc. Please adn Thank You!
