I am currently following the Tony Ferguson program. I started on April 1st 2008. It has been really easy. I walked out of the Tony Ferguson Weight Loss centre after the initial consultation and thought how am I going to do this, after they explained to me all the food that you are NOT allowed to eat. I was thinking that is my Diet, (Pasta, Rice, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Corn, Peas).I told myself I will give it a go for a month, following it exactly as they say. I started at 82kg on 1st April, and now on the 11th September I am 60kg. (which is my goal weight).I am doing it with a friend and she has lost 33kg. She also started on the 1st April with me.The shakes are really nice, I do not buy the soups, only because I really enjoy the shakes. I heat my morning shake up and have it hot and my shake at lunch time I mix with ice cubes in a blender. I would go for it if I were you, you will be amazed at how easy it is.I also find that because I am not buying diet coke and snacks daily, that I am actually saving money on it as well.
I know three people that have been on it and very successfulThe first two started at the start of this year. They stuck to the diet - that is replacing two meals per day with the shakes or soup and only having the one meal per day. They also walked everyday. The weight they have lost has been mind blowing. One of them since the start of this year has gone down 4 dress sizes. So I say go for it. But.... just remember - you can t eat and take the shakes.
Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )
